We take pride in our high customer satisfaction rate, with over 97% of our clients returning for subsequent orders. However, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise, and in such cases, we have a comprehensive Refund Policy in place.
Our company is committed to ensuring transparent financial interactions between our experts and customers concerning the services we offer. Consequently, we hold ourselves responsible for delivering the product promptly and in accordance with the customer's specified requirements as outlined in the order.
Should any of the commitments made by our experts regarding order delivery be breached, the customer is entitled to either a partial or full reimbursement, depending on the circumstances, as outlined in our Refund Policy. This policy ensures that our customers have recourse and protection in case of any deviations from our high-quality service standards.

GENERAL

Our website operates solely as a platform, and under no circumstances does it become a party to any contracts formed between experts and customers, nor does it have any involvement in the provision of services or materials by the expert. The company does not bear any responsibility for overseeing or monitoring transactions between customers and experts.

Our Refund Policy is designed to safeguard your rights. If the delivered product does not align with the requirements specified in your order, you have the right to request reimbursement. Given that our website provides services related to legitimate academic assistance, our utmost priority is to ensure your complete satisfaction. We are dedicated to ensuring that you leave our platform fully content with the services you receive.‍
In order to make our Policy as transparent as possible, we emphasize that there are certain situations when we can offer a refund. These are:

  • No Expert Assigned Yet


In the unlikely event that no expert has been assigned to your order, a full refund of 100% will be issued.‍

  • Late Cancellation


Should you decide to cancel your order after an expert has been confirmed but before any work has been submitted, the refund amount may vary, ranging from 100% to 60%. This is to account for the efforts put forth by both the company and the expert in their attempt to fulfill your request. If the work has already been completed, a disputed claim will be initiated, and the refund amount will be determined by our Quality Assurance department.‍

  • Late Delivery


In cases where there is a delay in the delivery of your order, we will initiate discussions with you to determine an appropriate refund amount. However, it is important to note that if the delay is a result of missing or incomplete information provided by the customer, a refund cannot be granted. To prevent such issues, we encourage customers to provide all necessary information and additional sources when initially placing their orders. If the order is completed after the initial deadline but is still usable for the customer, a partial refund may be considered.‍

  • Disputed issues


In instances where you are dissatisfied with your order and opt for a refund instead, our Quality Assurance Department will conduct a thorough investigation. The decision to approve or deny the refund claim will be based on the findings of this investigation. Our utmost priority is your satisfaction, and we are committed to treating all customers fairly in pursuit of maximum customer contentment.

  • Coincidental  Similar Order


In cases where an order is placed by mistake, immediate contact with us is crucial. If no expert has been assigned and we receive a cancellation request, a full refund will be processed. However, if an expert has already been assigned, one of the situations mentioned above will be applicable upon cancellation.‍

  • Double Billing received


If you find that you have been billed twice, especially if your Personal Balance has not changed, please notify us promptly. Providing both receipts will enable us to address the issue and process a full refund for the excess charge. Such occurrences are extremely rare, and a customer cannot be billed twice for a single order unless a payment error has occurred.‍

  • Content Authenticity


To consider any claim regarding the originality of the product, we require a comprehensive report from a reputable service, accompanied by compelling evidence. Without this evidence, a refund request cannot be processed.

YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO A REFUND IF:

  • Product Use for Personal Purposes: If you have used the product for personal reasons or as part of another order on the website, a minimum of 70% of the contract price should be released. However, the refund amount may be subject to modification following an investigation by the QA Department.
  • Received a Lower Grade: Please bear in mind that we do not guarantee high grades. Our website functions as an educational platform, facilitating collaboration between customers and educational experts to enhance the customer's educational levels. Therefore, we cannot provide a refund for claims related to receiving a lower grade than expected. The expert's role is to assist the customer in accordance with the order requirements. It remains the customer's responsibility to independently complete educational tasks.
  • Editing and Proofreading Dissatisfaction: To ensure your satisfaction with editing and proofreading orders, you are responsible for providing clear requirements and expectations to the experts. We are not accountable for contextual errors or content originality issues in materials provided by you to the expert. If product delivery fails due to quality issues and it's an editing or proofreading order, no refund can be granted. Additionally, any attempts to select editing/rewriting orders as initial instructions and pressuring experts to generate new content will be considered malicious actions.
  • Exceeded Refund Period: Refunds are only available within four months of the original transaction date. We can return the money to the original payment method used for the initial purchase. If six months have elapsed since the transaction date, regrettably, we cannot process a refund.

REFUND PROCESSING

Upon the confirmation of your refund request, our company typically initiates the refund processing within 3 business days. It's important to note that the company cannot be held accountable for any bank transfer fees, anomalies during the transfer process, or potential delays arising from issues with bank services.
Please be aware that the timing of refund processing depends on the payment date for your order and may, in certain cases, have a higher likelihood of encountering complications. Unfortunately, we have no control over this matter, as these refunds are managed by independent payment card network processors, each operating under its own set of regulations. Consequently, we are unable to intervene in the event of difficulties with your refund in these situations.
Similarly, it is not feasible to transfer a refund from one payment method to another, such as transitioning to a new credit card issued by a different company, due to the constraints imposed by the payment processing systems.

CHARGEBACK

If a credit card company initiates a chargeback (or if any similar action is taken by another payment provider permitted by us) concerning your purchase of our services, you consent to our ability to temporarily suspend access to all accounts you hold with us. Additionally, you are responsible for covering any fees incurred as a result of chargebacks or other payment disputes initiated by you, your financial institution, or a payment provider. This includes disputes that necessitate accounting or legal services.

EXPIRED ACCOUNT

If you haven't engaged with the website for a period exceeding 120 (one hundred twenty) days from your last payment date, your account will be regarded as expired and subsequently removed. This includes the deletion of both your account and profile, as well as all personal data that the company has processed.

DELETION OF AN ACCOUNT

You have the option to request the deletion of your account at any time by accessing your account settings and clicking on the "Deactivate" button. It's important to note that account deactivation does not qualify for refunds.
Before your account is permanently removed, there will be a 21-day window where it will be temporarily deactivated. This allows you time to consider whether you'd like to reactivate your account. If there is any remaining balance in your account during this 21-day period, please inform us by reaching out to our Support Team.
In cases where we suspend or deactivate your account due to a violation of our policies, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive refunds or exchanges for any unused services, content, data associated with your account, or any other considerations.
Account deletion is a permanent action. If you decide in the future that you wish to place orders with us again or require access to products and services that necessitate an account, you will need to create a new account.

PAYMENT SERVICES

To facilitate payments, we utilize third-party payment services, which means we do not directly handle your credit/debit card information. Your paid balance is securely stored in your account, and we employ an integrated iframe for checkouts from our partner payment providers. This ensures that Experts receive payment for each confirmed product order. Furthermore, all transactions are safeguarded as our partner payment providers employ encryption protection. It's important to note that we do not retain your payment information on our servers.

DATA PROVIDED BY YOU

You acknowledge and consent to the fact that the billing information you provide for payment of our services via the website, including your credit card details, is exclusively handled by our partner payment providers. We do not collect, retain, or engage in any processing of your billing information.
You further understand and agree that the Company bears no responsibility for any lapses or inadequacies in the safeguarding of this information by third parties. The processing of payments is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of our partner payment providers, in addition to the terms outlined in this policy.
You also recognize that we reserve the right to modify our partner payment providers and may necessitate the transfer of your information to other service providers who employ advanced security technologies such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or similar encryption methods to ensure the safety of your data.

PAYMENTS AND TAXES

Upon receipt of payment from the Customer, we will retain said payment and subsequently disburse it to the relevant Expert upon completion of the ordered Product, at the pre-established agreed price. Both Customers and Experts are responsible for any transaction fees associated with the provision and consumption of services on our website.
The process of registering as a user on our website is free of charge. However, when making payment for an order, the Customer may be subject to an additional Service fee in favor of the Company for utilizing the website's services. Please note that the Service fee is non-refundable except in cases where the Order evaluation is 0% (zero percent).
Both parties are obligated to cover all fees and applicable taxes associated with the delivery and consumption of services on our website. We do charge a commission to Experts for our service.
The Failure of the Expert to pay the required fees shall be a material breach of this Policy and Terms and Conditions.

PAYOUTS

Experts receive payment for each verified Product from a Client, and these funds are deposited into their account on the platform. To facilitate these payouts, Experts have the option to utilize our third-party payment services, ensuring the security of their transactions.

OTHER

All payments conducted through our website are exclusively intended for the utilization and facilitation of academic services between Clients and Experts. It is strictly prohibited to employ these payments for any fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activities, as defined by the law.

AUTHORSHIP AFTER A REFUND

In the event of an order cancellation, it is expressly prohibited for the Customer to utilize any products that were furnished prior to the cancellation. Pursuant to our Terms and Conditions, we retain full ownership of the products from the canceled order, and you are explicitly deprived of any rights to their use. The Product will be added to repository services platforms; thus, it will be deemed as 100% not original.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We will communicate any alterations or updates on our website, and for significant modifications, we will notify you via email or through our website. The latest version of this policy will always be available on the website.
Generally, we aim to provide advance notice before new terms take effect. Nevertheless, there may be instances where immediate changes are necessary, and in such cases, we may not be able to provide prior notice.
